Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at tbrdestroyer.com and the daily email newsletter operated under the name TBR Destroyer (together, the “Service”). By visiting the site or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service is
TBR Destroyer is a free daily email newsletter that highlights discounted romantasy audiobooks and ebooks from retailers such as Amazon, Audible, and others. We do not sell books ourselves. We do not process payments. We surface deals and link out to the retailer where you can choose to make a purchase.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe to the newsletter or use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subscribing and unsubscribing
To subscribe, submit a valid email address through the signup form on the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in the footer of every email we send, or via the native unsubscribe button that Gmail and Apple Mail surface in the message header. You may also email [email protected] to be removed manually.

Deal information — no guarantees
The deals featured in the newsletter and on the site are collected from publicly available retailer pages at a specific moment in time. Prices, availability, formats, and promotional offers change frequently and without notice, and may differ by region or account.
We make a good-faith effort to surface accurate deals, but we do not warrant that any deal we mention will be available, will match the price we listed, or will be eligible for any particular discount when you click through. Always confirm the price and details on the retailer’s page before completing a purchase.

User-submitted information
The only information you submit through the Service is the email address you provide at signup. By submitting it, you authorize us to use it to send you the newsletter and related operational messages, as described in our Privacy Policy.
